Where are you based, and where do you ship from?

We are based in the Germany and all designs are created in‑house. Printing and fulfilment are handled by our trusted local production partners in the US, European Union and UK, and orders ship directly from them.

During peak seasons such as holidays, some items may ship from alternative locations depending on stock and production capacity. Our priority is efficient, reliable, and sustainable fulfilment.

What type of printing do you use?

We use Direct‑to‑Garment (DTG) printing for all apparel. It is a high‑quality digital process that prints ink directly into the fabric.

Why we use DTG:

• Handles detailed artwork, logos, and graphics beautifully
• Ink bonds with the fabric for a soft finish—no peeling vinyl
• Uses water-based inks and minimal waste, making it eco-friendlier
• Works perfectly for single shirts or larger runs

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes—cancellations or edits can be made within 6 hours of purchase. If you contact us within 12 hours, we’ll do our best as long as production hasn’t started yet. After that, changes aren’t guaranteed since your order may already be in print.

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee. Try the shirt out hassle-free for 2 weeks and if you don't like it just, just let us know. 

Tip: Double-check the size chart before ordering. If you’re unsure, sizing up usually works best for a comfortable fit.

My item arrived damaged or with a print error. What should I do?

We are very sorry for the trouble. Email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

My parcel is missing or delayed. What now?

If your parcel is missing or marked “delivered” but has not arrived, please:

• Wait 2–3 business days, as carriers sometimes scan early
• Check with neighbours, building managers, and any safe drop areas
• Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct

If it is still missing after these steps, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
